China Trading Services Co., Ltd. Xiamen Branch (our former name) was founded in 1994, as a subsidiary of China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited, which is a public listed co***ny in the Hong Kong stock market. Effective from Oct 01 2002, our co***ny name change as CTS International Transportation Co., Ltd. (abbreviated to CTS/XMN). This occurred based on the development of whole CTS system in China market. CTS/XMN is a first-class agent authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and General Administration of Civil Aviation of China. In May 2002, we earned the update license of NVOCC, which issued by China government for legal operation about forwarding agency. Our business scope includes airfreight, sea freight, customs clearance, inspection, warehousing, consolidation and some related activities. CTS system, operating as a provider of transportation service, is the leading cargo management agency in China area.
The initial objective of setting up this co***ny was to offer full export cargo service from China area to worldwide both as freight forwarder and as an NVOCC. This was expanded since the market circumstance change finally. Presently, CTS/XMN owns an 800 square meters office at Xiamen International Airport, 500 square meters office at seaside, a large sale of customs bonded warehouse, and a team of customs broker conveniently situated at the same building with the government customs office. It possesses a variety of transportation vehicles and full sets of communication facilities and above all, a team of dedicated and highly qualified personnel that moves with the co***ny¡¯s vision in providing excellent services to clients.
Due to increase of market share and experience, CTS/XMN has now evolved to a fully mature forwarding co***ny.
